Ordered 20 units of adBlue and had only 2 delivered. Contacted customer service only to be told that they have passed the order to anther brunch (read: another supplier!) and they don't know when the rest of the units will be delivered or why was the order only partially delivered.. They've raised the query and after a week of no contact and no product, I've called again only to be told that they don't know what happened and the head office his not responding and they can raise another query!! Called again a day later and was given a phone number to Euro Car Parts!! which is whom Carparts 4 less has chosen to fulfil my order. Bottom point, I've sorted their mess myself directly with Euro Car Parts who are delivering within hours with no nonsense. On the other hand Car parts 4 less was a complete waste of my time! Save yourself a trouble and order directly from another supplier as car parts 4 less will pass your order elsewhere anyway.

Opted for the free delivery, quoted 3-4 working days, product arrived the following day. Delivery driver really polite and friendly to.

Received email and text from DHL saying delivery would be Friday. Stayed in all day. Didn't arrive. Was delivered the following Monday.
